Project Management can include any or all of the following:

- Insurance and W.C.B. verification.
- Scheduling
- Tendering and Contract Award
- Contract Administration
- Project Administration
- Project Close Out
This service is very project specific and the client’s needs. Charges can be based on an hourly rate of $50.00 or a fixed price contract.
Remedial Works
Similar to Project Management services but is specific to an item of work such as fire damage, mold or grow operation repair.
